My Approaches
Mentalization-based treatment (MBT)
MBT is an integrative form of psychotherapy, bringing together aspects of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, systemic and ecological approaches. MBT was developed and designed for individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD). Some of these individuals suffer from disorganized attachment and failed to develop a robust mentalization capacity.
Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy (MCBT)
MBCT uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methods in collaboration with mindfulness meditative practices and similar psychological strategies. It was originally created to be a relapse-prevention treatment for individuals with major depressive disorder (MDD).
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
Compassion focused therapy (CFT) is a system of psychotherapy developed by Paul Gilbert that integrates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy with concepts from evolutionary psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, Buddhist psychology, and neuroscience.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
DBT is for people who experience difficulties in regulating emotions, including those with borderline personality disorder (BPD) or traits. It entails individual therapy and skills classes. DBT is suitable for people who experience intense emotions, unmanageable distress, or problematic behaviours that interfere with your ability to function in personal or professional relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
I'm a paragraph. Click hereCognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is based on the theory that much of how we feel is determined by what we think. Disorders, such as depression, are believed to be the result of faulty thoughts and beliefs. In this method and theory of psychotherapy, it’s believed that by correcting these inaccurate beliefs, the person’s perception of events and emotional state improve.
Pyschodynamic therapy
The goals of psychodynamic therapy are a client’s self-awareness and understanding of the influence of the past on present behavior. In its brief form, a psychodynamic approach enables the client to examine unresolved conflicts and symptoms that arise from past dysfunctional relationships and manifest themselves in the need and desire to abuse substances.
Testimonials
Konstantina helped me confront early childhood trauma. She listened without judgement and provided a safe space to discuss an array of issues, looking at skills and tools. We have come a long way and made so much progress! I would definitely recommend Konstantina if you want to finally be free of the anchors holding you back from living your best life.

I have been having DBT treatment with Konstantina. I have felt a dramatic improvement; not only has she provided me with a safe space to talk freely, she has taught me vital skills that I can use every day. Konstantina is kind, supportive, non-judgmental but also completely professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Konstantina is helping me build a new life at age 55, rethinking my values, relationships, priorities, but most importantly helping me think and behave differently so I can like myself more. My journey has been and continues to be difficult but Konstantina is right there by my side the whole time.
